Ambiente bacana. Casa bem decorada. O fondue é bem servido, opções de frango, carne bovina e carne suína. Muitos molhos para acompanhamento. Fondue de queijo muito saboroso. O fondue de chocolate também tinha muita variedade de frutas. Atendimento básico e dentro do esperado. Faltou o sorriso no rosto e a simpatia dos garçons. O senhor que nos recepcionou em frente ao restaurante foi o único simpático e amistoso, imprescindível para o atendimento ao público.

Fomos ao Restaurante Tomasini duas vezes durante nossa estadia em Gramado, e isso por si só já diz muito. O atendimento é simplesmente impecável, daqueles que marcam a viagem. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho desde a chegada. O ambiente é aconchegante, quentinho e acolhedor, perfeito para curtir um fondue em Gramado. O fondue é muito gostoso, bem servido e feito com cuidado. O grande diferencial foi o atendimento: além de toda a atenção durante a refeição, o próprio dono do restaurante nos levou de carro até o hotel no final, um gesto de gentileza e cuidado que não se vê em qualquer lugar. Nos sentimos realmente especiais e muito bem acolhidos. Passamos por outros restaurantes, inclusive para fondue, mas o atendimento do Tomasini foi, sem dúvida, nota 10. Humano, caloroso e verdadeiro. Agradecemos também à Noeli, da CVC Turismo, pela excelente indicação. Foi uma escolha perfeita e certamente voltaremos. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
